Same Day Shipping On Most Items!

We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible so if we have your product in stock and your order is placed prior to 3pm Central Standard Time we will ship it immediately. We carry a large inventory of most of our items so when we say "Same Day Shipping", we mean same day shipping!

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground. However, we reserve the right to pick the fastest mode of shipping for your particular package.

Over the past six years our company has made numerous improvements in the way we ship and handle each and every customer order. Today, we are certain that you will not only be satisfied by the shipping system we have put into place, but you will also be delighted that you made a purchase from an Internet company with six years of shipping experience rather than six months.

Three times a day new orders are processed and checked for accuracy and quality to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, on time, and in perfect condition. Every product we sell is new and shipped to you in packaging that is designed to withstand the trip from our facility to your front door. In the event of an unlikely error we will fix it immediately and free of charge - just contact our customer service at 1-866-202-2482.

Alaska and Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via the US Postal Service Airmail. Please place your order online and someone from our Customer Service Department will contact you regarding the additional shipping charges. We will not charge your credit card or ship until we receive your approval on the additional shipping charges.

APO and FPO Shipping: We are happy to ship to military addresses. Please place your order online and we will do the rest via the US Postal Service - Priority Mail.

International Shipping: We ship all international orders via the US Postal Service - Airmail. Please place your order online and someone from our Customer Service Department will contact you regarding the additional shipping charges. We will not charge your credit card or ship until we receive your approval on the additional shipping charges.

Expedited Shipping: Please place your order online and note in the Comments box that you would like expedited shipping. Someone from our Customer Service Department will contact you with price quotes for Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping.

Drop-Ship Items and Oversized Items: . Some of our larger wooden potty chairs are drop-ship items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door.

Potty Training Solutions Return Policy

We strive for loyal and happy customers. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Potty Training Solutions, you may return unopened items for a full refund.

Products may be returned to us within 15 days after the date of receipt. To receive a full refund, the returned item must be unused and in its original condition with all the associated packaging and tags intact. Please be considerate when packaging returns. Products must reach us in resalable condition.

We sell many personal use items such as potty chairs, potty seats and urinals. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, health regulations prevent us from accepting returns on products that are not sealed in protective packaging.

Training pants are individually wrapped in permanently sealed bags. We only accept returns of training pants that are still wrapped in original unopened packaging.

We cannot accept ANY returns of PODS (Potty on Discrete Strips) once the product has been shipped. This means we cannot accept returns on open or unopened boxes of PODS. While we regret not being able to return PODS, we have to strictly enforce this policy due to state and federal health regulations designed to protect our customers' health. If you are not sure if PODS will work for you please feel free to send us an email before your order asking for more information, or start with the small "sample" pack.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and all original packaging is intact

  • Exchange authorization was requested prior to products return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-866-202-2482 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.

Refused Packages
Refused packages are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred.

Return Instructions
Please follow these simple steps when returning an item:
  • Call our dedicated customer service at 1-866-202-2482 and they will assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to your order which allows us to keep track of the return. Items returned without a RAN will not be processed.
  • Write RAN on original invoice
  • Carefully package return for shipping - include invoice
